Did you know that only a quarter of children aged between 5 and 15 years do at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical exercise each day? Help your child to set good habits and stay healthy throughout their lives. Regular physical activity helps kids and teens:

  • • improve balance and develop skills
  • • maintain and develop flexibility
  • • achieve and maintain healthy weight
  • • improve cardiovascular fitness
  • • improve posture
  • • boost confidence and self esteem
  • • have fun with their friends and make new ones

Fit Kids

Thursday 4pm-4.45pm

For enthusiastic kids from 6yrs upwards

Beginner Street

Thursday 4.45pm-5.30pm

The basics of street, commercial and hip hop for kids from 6 yrs upwards

Get Active for Teens

Thursday 5.30pm-6.15pm

For energetic teens from 11 yrs upwards

Intermediate Street

Thursday 6.15pm-7pm

For kids with some street dance experience or beginners 11 yrs upwards

Boyz Only

Tuesday 6.15pm – 7pm

Blow off some steam with our fitness and street class for boys aged 7 yrs upwards

Adult Tap
